New certificates of the burglary protection classification WK III / RC III

In cooperation with our partner RS Torsysteme, we can now offer additional roller shutter doors with certificates of the burglary protection classification WK III / RC III.
A new system was developed by RS Torsysteme that passed the required tests for the standard WK III (still valid!). This exam is equivalent to RC III.

The new burglary protection certificate refers to roller shutter doors with the folliwing roller shutter profiles:

•      1.100 D from 1.00 mm in aluminium, galvanized steel and stainless steel
•      1.1620 from 1.25 mm in galvanized steel and stainless steel
•      1.1460 from 1.25 mm in galvanized steel and stainless steel
•      1.1540 from 1.25 mm in galvanized steel and stainless steel
•      1.1440 from 1.25 mm in galvanized steel and stainless steel
•      1.162L perforated material from 1.25 mm in galvanized steel

These roller shutter doors are available up to dimensions of 6.000 mm (clear gate width) x 5.400 mm (clear gate height).

Some details about the new versions:

•      The new final bar is significantly lighter (about 8 kg/m).
•      Pulsed operation with an opto package is possible (a light curtain is no longer necessary)
•      The guide rails and angles for the bottom rail continue to be coated similar to RAL 7035.
•      The bottom rail is secured by EMC, the locking pieces for the EMC are mounted in the bottom rail.
